About Makmond Chairman

Evang.Dr Chinedum Obue is a renowned traveling preacher of the Gospel of Christ and equally the founder of Makmond Group, a Real Estate and construction company with head office in Enugu, South Eastern Nigeria where he has dominated the region with his property development skills and house ownership schemes for both the high and low income earners.

He's a summit speaker, a capacity builder, Real Estate coach, and a motivator. He's equally the founder of Makmond Foundation where he renders helping hands and empowerment to the very low and needy in the society. He's a graduate from Sokoto State Polytechnic where he studied Civil Engineering, was privileged to work briefly with CENCOTECH CONSTRUCTIONS COMPANY and Roads Nigeria Constructions Company before going fully into Real Estate and Constructions Industry.

He hails from Nise, Awka South of Anambra State, South Eastern Nigeria. Married to his lovely wife Mrs.Blessing Amaka Obue and they are blessed with beautiful kids.
